Delivery of your order:
Your order will be delivered within 2 business days for products in stock with Aras Cargo. For products to be produced, our delivery time is 7-10 days.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We will notify you via e-mail that your order has been shipped.
You can track your cargo via the Aras Cargo website.
Delivery Fees:
Shipping is free for all our products.

Return and Exchange Policy
Return Conditions:
You can return the products unused and in their original packaging within 14 days from the delivery date.
You must notify us of your return request via sales@helenunique.com.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for accepted products will be made within 7 business days.
Things to pay attention:
When returning the products, you must also send a copy of the invoice and cargo delivery report.
It is important to package the products carefully to avoid damage.
Returns are not accepted for damaged or missing products.
